Identify and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Encourage and motivate call center representatives to achieve their goals and targets. Ensure all call center representatives adhere to quality standards and provide exceptional customer service. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new call center representatives.
