I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Bilingual Work Order Specialist / Maintenance Coordinator for a US-based real estate and property management client. This is a full-time remote position working during US Pacific business hours. What you’ll do Follow up on work orders with residents, vendors, and maintenance teams Create, update, close, and send work orders accurately Review and categorize incoming work orders and check for duplicates Track open and completed work orders Coordinate vendor scheduling, service updates, and documentation Communicate professionally with residents regarding service timelines and completion Coordinate with internal maintenance teams on priorities and workload Prepare reports and updates using Excel and Yardi Requirements ✅ 2+ years of experience in US property management, maintenance coordination, or work order management ✅ Spanish-speaking ✅ Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Excel preferred ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented ✅ Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through ✅ Available to work full-time during US Pacific business hours Apply via: recruitcrm.io/apply/17913722828730099728Far
