Responsibilities

Accurate Invoicing: Process customer billing accurately and on time, reviewing invoices, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure precise information. AR & Collections Support: Oversee accounts receivable, manage billing inquiries, and handle minor cash application tasks as needed. Client Communication: Clear billing discrepancies and answer customer inquiries-primarily via written email correspondence, with occasional phone follow-ups. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on specialized billing requirements and support month-end reporting needs. Record Maintenance: Maintain fully organized, compliant billing records and documentation to streamline audits and financial reviews.
