We're seeking an ESP Specialist with deep, hands-on Braze expertise to own platform execution across a portfolio of fast-growth to enterprise consumer brands. This is a tactical, execution-first role — if you live in Braze and take pride in doing it at a high level, keep reading. This position is hands-on-keys tactical (coding, building segments, setting up flows etc) working on the most advanced elements possible in Braze. You know more about Braze than their support does. You've pushed the boundaries of what's possible. You are meticulous but incredibly efficient navigating many moving parts. You don't blink when working with a small 75k list of a high-profile celebrity or an enterprise list of 30m What You’ll Do: You'll be a hands-on Braze expert — building, coding, segmenting, and executing with precision across a high-volume client portfolio. You'll work closely with our Sr. Retention Strategists, who own client relationships and roadmaps, so you can stay focused on what you do best: flawless platform execution. Build and code emails with clean, precise HTML — pixel perfect, every time Architect and implement complex Canvas flows, custom event triggers, and advanced automation logic Own segmentation execution — building and maintaining precise audience segments Execute high-volume send calendars with speed and accuracy, managing tight schedules across multiple clients QA campaigns thoroughly before every send — you catch things others miss Implement and maintain custom Liquid logic for dynamic, personalized content Collaborate with strategists to translate retention roadmaps into platform execution Extensive hands-on Braze experience — this is not a generalist role Expert-level HTML/CSS email coding skills Deep fluency in Braze Canvas, segmentation, custom events, and Liquid templating Experience building retention roadmaps, strategy decks, and performance reports Experience managing high-volume send calendars across multiple brands simultaneously Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality Agency experience Work with a talented team of strategists and creatives on ambitious consumer brands Direct collaboration with Jetset's leadership team in a fast-moving, no-bureaucracy environment A high-performance culture that values craft, precision, and results Opportunities for personal and professional growth in an environment that's scaling intentionally, with no fluff or bureaucracy PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Coverage and competitive compensation.
