NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL . This is a remote contract position. SALARY: $30-$45 per hour (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements

Proficiency with Foundation (experience customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports a plus) Exceptional communication skills in business writing, listening, and presentation Professional, proactive, results-driven, with high energy and integrity Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Creative problem-solver with excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills Client-focused, skilled in relationship management and business development Empathetic, collaborative, able to build rapport and maintain relationships Highly adaptable, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably legal Knowledge of data enrichment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ)

Responsibilities

Analyze referral data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities Support tracking of KPIs, opportunities, interactions, and follow-up actions Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to generate and present regular referral engagement reports Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for referral meetings Maintain a consistent work schedule, fully engaging during business hours Manage special projects and duties as assigned Nextpath Workforce Solutions NextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
