Responsibilities: - Work with the marketing team to attract new leads and increase sales - Create a growth strategy based on analytics and data - Spearhead promotional and marketing activities - Respond to inbound leads, communicate through email & phone, prepare proposals and convert leads to clients - Plan and execute outbound strategies - Target larger corporate clients - Upsell current clients on additional services - Oversee and manage team marketing efforts (events, content marketing, social media, etc) Requirements: - Experience in business development - Experience in sales - Good to have an understanding of software and app development in particular - Good to have previous marketing experience The compensation for the position will be a mix of salary and commission from signing new clients.
