As a Call Center Representative, you’ll help customers and clients get clear, timely support by phone. You’ll listen carefully, answer questions, resolve service issues, and record accurate information. Your impact: Thoughtful problem-solving and clear communication help customers find solutions and feel supported. This is a paid position. Duties Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to support customer service, client services, and sales needs. Use phone etiquette and active listening to understand requests, provide accurate information, and resolve issues. Enter and update customer details, call notes, and service records through data entry and typing. Communicate with customers and clients in English; use bilingual or multilingual skills when available. Use Microsoft Office and other computer tools to manage information and support daily call center operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and client communication. Customer service, customer support, and customer service problem-solving abilities. Computer skills and technical proficiency, including accurate typing and data entry. Call center experience is helpful; sales experience and cash handling skills are also valued. English proficiency is required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
