What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Friendly, professional, and dependable Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Call Center experience is an asset Position Details 📍 Work From Home (Florida residents only) 📅 Contract Dates: December 30, 2026 - October 31, 2027 ⏰ Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes. Training Requirements Orientation: Thursday, December 30, 2026 Training Schedule: Week 1 - Monday, January 4, 2027 - Friday, January 8, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST Week 2 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST Full attendance is mandatory. Availability Requirements Our contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including: Evenings Weekends Holidays during the contract period This position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday-Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season. Please note: There are peak periods during our busy season when time-off requests may be limited. Due to business needs, employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August.
