The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive leadership experience, strong creative vision, and a proven ability to build brand recognition, strengthen market credibility, and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives. Define and maintain the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Oversee corporate branding, marketing communications, and public relations initiatives. Strengthen brand awareness, market reputation, and customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership teams. Establish brand performance indicators and evaluate marketing effectiveness. Lead brand campaigns, digital communications, and corporate storytelling initiatives. Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and customer interactions. Develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Oversee brand development budgets, resource allocation, and campaign performance. Recruit, mentor, and lead brand management and creative teams. Provide executive leadership with brand performance reports and strategic recommendations. Background and ExperienceAt least 15 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, corporate communications, or related fields. Previous senior leadership experience as a Chief Brand Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Brand, or comparable executive. Proven experience developing corporate brand strategies and strengthening market positioning. Strong knowledge of brand identity, digital marketing, public relations, and customer engagement. Experience managing brand campaigns, marketing budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated ability to build and scale brands in competitive or rapidly changing markets. Excellent leadership, communication, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills. Ability to manage geographically distributed teams in a remote working environment. Experience within technology, startups, digital services, or other growth-oriented industries is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
