Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing vision and strategy for Learn to Earn Lahore. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing brand positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and traditional channels. The CMO will manage market research initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns, learner acquisition, and partnership growth. Daily tasks include collaborating with leadership to align marketing with organizational goals, guiding marketing and sales teams, managing public relations activities, and strengthening the organization’s presence in local and international markets. The CMO will also coordinate with training staff to promote programs effectively and maintain a strong focus on learner outcomes and brand reputation.

Qualifications

Strong market planning and marketing management skills, with experience designing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends, audience needs, and opportunities for growth. Experience in public relations, brand communication, and stakeholder engagement to build and maintain a positive public image. Demonstrated sales and revenue growth experience, including funnel management and collaboration with sales teams. Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within education, training, or digital marketing sectors. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working remotely and independently. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
