Growth Cab is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders, drive strategic priorities and strengthen execution across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and leadership. You will act as a trusted partner to the founders, helping translate business objectives into clear priorities, coordinate critical initiatives and ensure the organization operates with focus, accountability and consistency.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with founders on strategic planning, business priorities and executive decision-making Translate company objectives into actionable initiatives, clear ownership and measurable milestones Lead high-priority cross-functional projects across GTM, commercial, operations and business development Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic reviews and follow-up processes Build reporting systems, performance dashboards and accountability frameworks Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements Conduct business analysis, market research and strategic assessments to support leadership decisions Monitor company performance and ensure critical initiatives remain aligned with business objectives Support strategic partnerships, market expansion and new business opportunities Improve internal communication, decision-making processes and operational efficiency Manage confidential information and sensitive executive priorities with discretion

Requirements

Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, management consulting or executive support role Strong understanding of B2B business models, GTM strategy and commercial operations Excellent analytical, organizational and structured problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work directly with founders and senior executives Experience building operational processes, reporting frameworks and performance systems Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Sound judgment, discretion and strong decision-making capabilities High ownership, independence and accountability for results
