This is an exciting, fast paced practice with a strong mission and commitment to quality care. The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with the other clinic services, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site clinical and patient related services; facilitates communication, coordination and planning between clinical departments and oversees interaction with other non-clinical departments. Ensure smooth patient flow and daily clinical operations of the site. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's of Science Degree (Master's Preferred) Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse. Strong experience in ambulatory family practice health care, program administration, clinical operations, and employee supervision.
