Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries, destinations, and cabin options Coordinate and confirm cruise reservations, including travel dates and guest details Respond to client inquiries regarding cruise lines, onboard experiences, and requirements Review booking details for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records of client reservations and communications Provide support before and after travel to ensure a positive experience
