Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information through phone, chat, or email. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, documenting interactions in CRM or ticketing systems, and following established procedures to meet service level targets. The role involves maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, while ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with team members and leadership, participate in training and coaching sessions, and adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience. Candidates should have experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a suitable work environment. Good problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities. Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and common productivity tools. Previous BPO or contact center experience is an advantage but not required. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
