As a CSM , you’ll be a vital part of our mission to ensure our clients thrive. You will have a direct impact on our company's growth by nurturing relationships and driving value for our most important asset: our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top-tier mobile game developers in China.
• Act as an operational and technical liaison between Appcharge and publishers.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for publishers.
• Support the launch and expansion of game publishers using ’s solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the mobile payment and/or gaming industry
• Fluency in Chinese with English fluency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Background in tech, with knowledge of mobile game backend systems as a bonus.
