About the Opportunity: The CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (EXTRA SERVICES ZEN TEAM) role is designed to maintain high client satisfaction by efficiently resolving booking issues and managing additional service requests. The position plays a key role in advising clients and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and hotels, thereby supporting operational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Resolve client issues related to bookings, modifications, cancellations, and additional services rapidly and effectively Provide expert advice to clients regarding bookings and products Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients through email and phone Utilize CRM systems and internal databases to manage information efficiently Requirements: Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal skills including kindness, empathy, stress resistance, politeness, and responsibility Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach Access to a functioning computer and microphone Knowledge of the travel business and booking systems is advantageous Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base salary of 600 EUR gross plus up to 150 EUR gross bonus based on key performance indicators Benefits & Perks: Remote work from home Flexible schedule with 2 days on, 2 days off from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. GMT+3 Opportunities for professional growth through seminars, trainings, and conferences Corporate discounts on hotels and other services Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
