Start date: 9 November 2026. Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high. The team measures success by how well customers feel looked after, not only by how fast a case closes. Your Responsibilities:

• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
