Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Polish via phone
• Assist customers with inquiries, policy-related questions, and service requests
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience through professional and empathetic communication
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B1)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others
• Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or similar roles is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a strong team player
