Data Engineer Remote Develop, enhance, and maintain data pipelines within the ADAW environment. Configure automated data extraction processes and troubleshoot ingestion failures, data source connectivity, and integration issues. Design, implement, and maintain ELT workflows, ensuring data is standardized, cleansed, and transformed according to PA data governance standards and business rules. Build reusable transformation frameworks in Azure Synapse and optimize pipeline performance and processing efficiency. Develop and maintain database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures, to support serverless SQL pools, dedicated SQL pools, and SQL Server databases. Create, enhance, and maintain semantic models in Power BI to support business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting requirements. Build and maintain front-end data entry applications using Microsoft Power Apps and similar tools to enable secure, efficient, and governed data entry into the ADAW ecosystem. Implement and maintain automated daily data quality checks to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues. Investigate root causes and coordinate with the Data Engineering team to resolve or escalate identified problems. Validate dashboards and reports against business requirements, ensuring the accuracy of calculations, data fields, and reported metrics.
