• Input and verify data from source documents into company databases and spreadsheet applications with high accuracy
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all data entry activities
• Perform regular quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
• Organize and categorize information according to established protocols and company standards
• Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or clarification needs
• Update and maintain database records, ensuring all information is current and accurate
• Support the data management team by assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Follow company data security and confidentiality procedures at all times

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong typing skills with demonstrated accuracy and speed
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software
• Organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
