About the Role

Remote Careeris is seeking a part-time Data Entry Clerk to support credit application processing, document management, and routine accounting tasks. This position offers a flexible day-shift schedule of approximately 20 hours per week for up to 12 weeks. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, pays close attention to detail, and follows through carefully when reviewing and entering information.

Key Responsibilities

Review paperwork to ensure all required information is complete. Enter credit applications and supporting documentation into the computer system. Send credit reference requests and enter responses into the system. Communicate with account executives to obtain missing or additional information. Assist with cash receipts, invoicing, and monthly statements as needed.

Required Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent attention to detail, with a consistent focus on double-checking work and following through on tasks.
