The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: Collect, consolidate, query, and analyze marketing and sales data from CRM platforms and other B2B business systems. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for business improvement. Develop actionable insights and data-driven hypotheses by analyzing large datasets, marketing performance indicators, sales activities, and customer information. Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing and sales performance. Prepare executive-level reporting, ad hoc analyses, and supporting documentation to communicate findings and recommendations. Collaborate with business stakeholders and third-party data vendors to evaluate and integrate firmographic, technographic, and demographic information. Support data enrichment, data quality controls, and integration processes across enterprise systems.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a hands-on data analyst in an enterprise environment, supporting marketing analytics, sales analytics, CRM data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Technical Skills: SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Tableau, Power BI, Hadoop, Databricks, Cloud Data Platforms Business / Domain Skills: Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing operations, including marketing performance analysis, sales pipeline reporting, lead management, customer data analysis, and business development activities. Experience analyzing enterprise marketing and sales KPIs, customer and prospect information, and campaign-related data to identify performance trends and support business growth decisions. Experience working with firmographic, technographic, and demographic data, including third-party data sourcing, enrichment, validation, and integration into enterprise business systems. Experience translating marketing and sales data into actionable business insights, executive reports, dashboards, and recommendations for business stakeholders in large, complex organizations. Communication: Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Documentation: Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications
