Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and secure new institutional contracts, debt portfolios, or B2B accounts from banks, lenders, healthcare systems, or commercial enterprises. Strategy & Quotas: Design and execute annual sales plans, revenue targets, and market penetration strategies tailored to debt collection. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with the Director of Operations portfolios match operational capacity, realistic recovery rates, and compliance standards. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing (MBA is a strong plus). Experience: 7 to 10+ years within the debt collection sector. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of contingency collections, and financial services compliance. Technical Skills: Financial modeling, pipeline forecasting, and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Strong executive presence, high-stakes negotiation, strategic thinking, and cross-departmental coordination.
