Role Description The Director of Client Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic initiatives across key client accounts. In this position, the individual will develop and refine client strategies, conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, and design digital and financial solutions aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing strategic planning processes, coordinating project execution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality consultancy and training programs. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting sales efforts through strategic input and presentations. The director will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact on client outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and strategic data and generate actionable insights. Expertise in digital strategy, including leveraging digital tools and channels to support client engagement and business growth. Proven experience in strategic planning, with a track record of designing and implementing long-term client strategies. Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Sales acumen with experience supporting or leading business development, account growth, and client presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience in management consulting, finance, or a related field; prior work with educational or training programs is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction, reliability, and collaboration.
