Role Description The Director Process Excellence is a full-time remote role responsible for leading process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across SH Group. This role oversees the design, implementation, and governance of key business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Daily responsibilities include mapping and analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and establishing standards and metrics for operational performance. The Director collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to align process changes with business objectives, supports data-driven decision making, and leads change management efforts to ensure adoption. The role also involves mentoring team members on process methodologies, monitoring improvement results, and reporting on progress and outcomes to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, including the ability to design and implement robust frameworks. Strong experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process design, documentation, and optimization. Advanced Analytical Skills with a data-driven approach to diagnosing issues, measuring performance, and tracking results. Proven background in leading cross-functional process initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus. Solid understanding of e-commerce, online distribution, or consumer products operations preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Comfort working in a remote setting, with excellent time management, collaboration, and digital communication skills.
