Employee Benefits Sales Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. Compensation

Package Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Work Environment

Remote Equipment Provided for remote work Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in the employee benefits sector. - Build and maintain a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000. - Cultivate relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate and technology. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. - Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: - Active Life & Health (L&H) license in Georgia. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits sales, with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Location: - Must reside in the Atlanta Metro area.
