Having previous Allstate experience is very important, as it allows you to hit the ground running and provide the level of service our customers deserve. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow their book of business by building relationships through social media, community involvement, referrals, and personal networking. We also provide warm leads every day, along with a competitive base salary and an outstanding bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Cross-sell existing customers on additional Allstate products.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and personal networking.

Compensation

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous Allstate experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
