The opportunity: Family Law Partner | California | Fully Remote We're looking for an established family law attorney ready to bring their expertise, client relationships and business-development ability to a firm that invests in its partners. What you'll bring: 10+ years of experience practising family law exclusively in California. Active membership of the California Bar and a JD from an accredited US law school . A proven, portable book of business generating approximately $500K+ annually . Experience advising high-net-worth clients on complex asset division, including business interests and cryptocurrency. Strong trial, litigation, motion-writing and declaration-drafting experience. A Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) designation. A collaborative, client-first mindset and a stable professional track record. Experience in Marin County and involvement in local bar associations or AAML are welcome additions.
