You will work across teams to ensure financial accuracy, maintain organized records, and support ongoing improvements to financial systems and workflows.

• *What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor communication, and timely payments
• Process U.S. payroll and support contractor or international payroll workflows while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with internal teams on updates and queries
• Record financial transactions and manage expenses using accounting and finance tools
• Support month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• *What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in accounts payable and U.S. payroll
• Hands-on experience with tools such as QuickBooks, reputed company, or reputed company
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and core accounting principles
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
