Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Manager (Crypto / Web3). The Growth Manager will design and execute growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users across key Web3 products and platforms. Daily responsibilities include analyzing user behavior and funnel metrics, running experiments and growth campaigns, optimizing onboarding flows, and collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering to improve conversion and engagement. The role involves managing partnerships with other crypto and Web3 projects, coordinating community and referral initiatives, and supporting sales and business development efforts with data-driven insights. The Growth Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, identify new market opportunities, and ensure compliance with relevant crypto and Web3 industry standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with product and marketing Analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as pipeline support, partner relationship management, and a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track growth experiments and cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and broader Web3 ecosystems, including user behavior and key platforms. Experience with growth experimentation (A/B testing), marketing funnels, and performance metrics. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with autonomy and ownership of outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, marketing, data science) or equivalent practical experience.
