Why Join Omnicell?

Join Omnicell as a Senior Product Manager and help shape the future of ASC solutions, with a primary focus on Anesthesia and related clinical workflows. In this strategic role, you will turn customer needs, market insights, and technology trends into a compelling product vision and roadmap that delivers meaningful value to customers.

You will influence products across the full lifecycle, from concept and strategy through commercialization, launch, and ongoing optimization. Working across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations, you will help deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, support patient safety, and create measurable business and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions, with a primary focus on Anesthesia and related workflows, translating market dynamics, technology trends, and customer insights into a clear long-term vision and roadmap.
  • Own product development and commercialization across the product lifecycle, including market definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and ongoing business performance.
  • Become a trusted expert on ASC workflows and the competitive landscape, engaging directly with customers to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and test product hypotheses.
  • Lead through cross-functional influence, connecting Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to align priorities and enable successful product development and launches.
  • Drive data-informed roadmap decisions, balancing innovation, feature development, technical debt, customer value, and business growth.
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions that articulate product differentiation and enable effective communication with internal and external audiences.
  • Measure and optimize product performance by monitoring financial, commercial, and customer outcomes and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to break down complex customer, business, and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Experience using modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Data-driven approach to product management, including the ability to define meaningful success metrics and use insights to guide priorities and decisions.
