• Strong communication skills via phone, text, chat, and e-mail.
• Data entry and other tasks related to potential case intake.
• Possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused.
• Serve potential clients and answer their inquiries.
• Compassionate, understanding, and patient.
• Outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.

• Plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
