HR & Recruiting Operations Coordinator Remote (East Coast hours preferred) or Boston-based 6-Month Contract | (40 hrs/week) We're partnering with a growing life sciences organization seeking an experienced HR and Recruiting Operations professional to support a high-priority hiring initiative. This role will work closely with HR leadership to ensure recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes run efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong operational execution with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and keep hiring processes moving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple active searches from application through onboarding Schedule and facilitate complex interviews across candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders Support job description creation, job postings, and recruiting process management Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening, and help identify qualified talent Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive decision-making Maintain proactive candidate communications throughout the hiring process Assist with offer management, background checks, and pre-employment activities Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience Maintain accurate recruiting and HR records, trackers, and documentation Qualifications 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or related functions Proven ability to operate independently with strong judgment and ownership Experience supporting multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment Advanced Outlook calendar management and Zoom coordination skills Experience with recruiting workflows, candidate screening, offers, and onboarding Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Experience working within lean, growing organizations Biotech, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences industry experience
