We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the company's human resources functions. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee termination processes. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. Oversee employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution. Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and Florida employment laws and regulations. Coordinate employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans. Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping procedures. Coordinate payroll-related HR information with the Accounting & Finance Department. Assist with employee benefits administration, where applicable. Support management with workforce planning, staffing needs, and organizational improvements. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Promote a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role. Knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Previous HR experience in healthcare or medical practices is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
