About the Role: As an HR Intern at Soven developer you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks like posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding process, maintaining HR databases, and other core HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. 3. Support the onboarding process by preparing joining documents and maintaining employee records. 4. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR team. 5. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and company records. 6. Collaborate with different departments to fulfil hiring and administrative requirements. 7. Stay updated with HR best practices, recruitment trends, and labour regulations. What We're Looking For: 1.
