Enables process improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting on recurring issues or concerns raised by end users. Works effectively across cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and support broader organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience with server maintenance, administration, and support and proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows and Linux Knowledge of server security best practices Prior experience working with Ignition Scada Platform Experience in manufacturing operations Preferred Experience: Associate's degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience Certification in server maintenance, such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA, Familiar with SQL Experience in manufacturing operations Experience in general help desk/IT Support Factory Talk AssetCentre Experience (nice to have) Linux experience (nice to have) Candidate Attributes / Soft Skills Proactivity & Initiative: Actively plan server maintenance around plant schedules without waiting to be assigned tasks.
