Influencer & Creator Marketing Coordinator

Remote · Philippines Full-time

Artisan Council is seeking an organized, creative, and enthusiastic Influencer & Creator Marketing Coordinator to support influencer and creator marketing campaigns across our client roster. You'll help keep campaigns running smoothly, source and manage influencer and creator partnerships, and stay on top of social media trends (especially TikTok), emerging talent, and pop culture. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience working with influencers and creators, or an existing network of talent relationships, is a plus. Reporting to the Executive Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing and working closely with the Senior Manager of Influencer & Creator Marketing, you'll provide hands-on support across talent sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, content review, and reporting. This will be a 2-3 month contract with a $5,000 monthly pay rate. What will you be responsible for? Support the execution of Influencer and Creator Marketing campaigns across multiple clients, including paid partnerships, organic programs, UGC, gifting, and creator-led activations. Research, identify, and vet influencers and creators based on audience demographics, content quality, engagement, and brand alignment. Build influencer and creator shortlists, develop recommendations, and conduct outreach to talent and their representatives. Manage influencer and creator communications, including outreach, follow-ups, campaign updates, and coordination throughout partnerships. Assist with contracting, including preparing agreements, coordinating signatures, and tracking deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and payment terms. Support campaign budget tracking and payment coordination, including talent fees, expenses, invoices, and reimbursements. Help develop influencer and creator briefs, creative concepts, and content guidelines aligned with client objectives. Coordinate content production logistics, including timelines, shipments, appointments, submissions, feedback, revisions, and approvals. Review influencer and creator content for alignment with briefs, messaging, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements, providing actionable feedback. Coordinate content publishing, including posting schedules, live content tracking, asset collection, paid usage, and allowlisting. Proactively communicate with influencers, creators, and partners to troubleshoot challenges, manage timelines, and keep campaigns on track. Monitor social platforms for emerging influencers and creators, trends, cultural moments, and creative opportunities. Compile campaign performance data and KPIs to support monthly reporting, campaign recaps, and analysis. Contribute to new business proposals, pitch decks, competitive research, and campaign ideation. Maintain organized campaign trackers, talent databases, project management boards, and documentation. Participate in internal and client meetings, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and following through on next steps. What kind of skills should you have? 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships) in influencer and creator marketing, social media, or a related agency or brand role. Experience supporting influencer and creator campaigns is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the influencer and creator marketing landscape, including talent discovery, outreach, campaign execution, paid partnerships, organic programs, and UGC. Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including platform trends, content formats, creator communities, and audience behavior, plus working knowledge of YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other social platforms. Strong creative instincts and an eye for compelling, brand-aligned content, with the ability to recognize effective storytelling, engaging hooks, and emerging trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to work directly with influencers, creators, talent representatives, clients, and external partners. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing deadlines and multiple campaigns across clients. A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and keep projects moving forward. Strong accountability and follow-through, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate updates, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Familiarity with influencer and creator campaign logistics, including briefs, deliverables, usage rights, FTC disclosure guidelines, publishing timelines, and reporting. Understanding of social media analytics and campaign KPIs, including engagement, reach, impressions, views, and overall content performance. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools. Experience with Asana, Trello, social analytics tools, or influencer marketing platforms is a plus. A collaborative, adaptable team player who is eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. Genuine interest in social media, influencer and creator culture, pop culture, beauty, lifestyle, and the broader digital landscape. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours around campaign deadlines or activations.
