WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INTAKE COORDINATOR High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems and client portals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to accurately enter, review, and manage detailed information Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment Dependable and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Experience in insurance, claims, investigations, legal services, healthcare, or another referral-based environment, as well as familiarity with insurance terminology, claims referrals, investigative services, client portals, and case management systems are preferred.
