Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Good knowledge of Java 8 or above and the associated patterns (e.g. SOLID principles, Design Patterns)
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Web Services (REST) and persistence frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) using relational databases
• Hands-on experience with hexagonal architecture and domain driven design and working with a microservices architecture
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (debugging, source control)
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.

Nice to have

• Experience with any Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) 
• Good understanding of Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for automated build and deployment
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
