Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting scheduled sales calls, clarifying prospect needs, presenting tailored solutions, and confidently leading conversations toward a clear decision
• The role involves managing follow-up communications, handling objections with professionalism, and ensuring clients fully understand the value and structure of proposed financial strategies
• The High-Ticket Sales Closer will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and uphold Atlas Agency’s standards of ethical, education-first client engagement

Skills

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and explain complex concepts clearly
• Proven ability in Closings and Deal Closure to lead high-ticket sales conversations to a confident and ethical decision
• Familiarity with Escrow processes or related financial transaction workflows, with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-ticket sales is highly beneficial
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered, education-first sales practices
• Ability to adapt to coaching, participate in ongoing training, and implement feedback to improve performance
