This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Washington (USA) Law Clerk I Location: Remote, Washington, DC Duration: 7 months Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Supervisor
• Perform complex legal research for the trial staff
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege; assist attorneys with all phases of litigation

Required Skills:

• Experience with:
• Relativity
• Administrative Record
• Excel
• Purview
• FOIA Xpress
• Sound knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and resources
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
• Familiarity with various computer applications, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging
• Knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources

Education:

• JD REQUIRED
