To support a collaborative infrastructure team, the full-time salaried Lead Systems Administrator will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Key responsibilities Lead technical projects, ensuring they are well-developed and completed on time while collaborating with stakeholders to clarify business requirements Provide mentorship and guidance to System Administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Design, build, and deploy new systems and processes, and perform routine maintenance including updates, backups, and disaster recovery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a systems administration role, or an associate degree with 9+ years, or high school equivalency with 12+ years of experience Experience with Linux and Windows administration, MS Intune, and managing backups and MFA solutions Proficiency in scripting with SCCM (PowerShell) and knowledge of VMware vSphere and Azure cloud infrastructure Understanding of network protocols and ITIL framework Ability to work outside of business hours as needed and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience: 5 years required
