About the Role

The Fisher Organization is looking for motivated, coachable people to join us as Leadership Development Representatives. This entry-level role combines hands-on sales experience with structured training, with a path toward team leadership as you grow. No prior sales experience is required. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective clients and customers by phone, video, and email Learn our products and services and explain them clearly to the people you speak with Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and daily activity goals Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship Build skills in communication, negotiation, and team leadership Work toward leadership responsibilities as you meet performance milestones

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Strong communication and listening skills A self-starter who works well independently in a remote setting Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and improve Comfort with video calls and standard online tools Reliable internet and a quiet place to work A high school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)

Nice to Have

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing experience Experience in sales, recruiting, or team leadership (not required)
