This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, mentorship, and a proven sales process without micromanagement. What You’ll Do:

• Connect with clients who have requested information
• Conduct phone or Zoom appointments
• Assess client needs and present appropriate life insurance solutions
• Follow up professionally and consistently
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• S. resident (currently hiring in the U.S. only)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
• Comfortable working remotely with internet access
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
