Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, is required to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that improves patient well-being. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus available for eligible candidates! The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 - $43.04 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
