Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Life Insurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the insurance industry to develop their skills and grow within a supportive environment. While being licensed in life insurance is preferred, it is not required; training and licensing support are available for the right candidate. This is a 1099 Commission based position only but could lead into building teams and building passive income with over 50 other vendors we are partnered with. More details on that when we meet. Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and explain policy options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing support and personalized service.
• Assist clients in understanding life insurance products and benefits, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Manage client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in accordance with company standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction and relationship building.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain complex information clearly.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus; however, training will be provided.
• Life Insurance license is preferred but not required; licensing support can be provided for qualified candidates.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
