What You’ll Do

• Assist with process improvements that enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with the development and distribution of marketing communications, promotional materials, and content.
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing programs and strategic initiatives.
• Support business development activities through marketing coordination and lead-generation initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports that provide insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing materials, digital content, communications, presentations, social media content, events, or marketing campaigns.
• Experience analyzing campaign, engagement, or performance metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement preferred.
