Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy for GenesisOS Labs, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning for Aerys Desktop and related products, and integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing market and product positioning, overseeing market research and customer insights, defining messaging for founders and operators, and coordinating demand generation initiatives with sales and product teams. The role will manage marketing operations and budgets, guide content and performance marketing, and establish metrics to track pipeline, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with leadership to refine narratives around automation, coordinate launch plans for new modules and GBot Agents, and ensure marketing activities align with the company’s mission and growth goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Management skills to lead strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning. Equity based only . Demonstrated experience in B2B or SaaS marketing; experience with automation, AI, or workflow platforms is beneficial. Proven ability to manage budgets, measure performance, and make data-informed decisions. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
