We are seeking board-certified MD/DO physicians to perform remote Independent Medical Reviews for the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC). Reviewers evaluate medical records and provide professional determinations involving medical necessity and experimental/investigational treatments. Must have Clinical Genetics in Pediatrics Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certified
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Currently in active practice
• Approximately 24 hours/week of direct patient care
• California license preferred, but not required
• Must reside and complete reviews within the U.S.

Position Details:

• Fully remote
• No minimum case requirement
• Accept or decline cases based on availability
• Standard and expedited reviews available
• Typical pay ranges from $150–$400 per completed review, depending on case type and specialty- PAID PER CASE COMPLETED NOT DAY
• Training and system access provided
