Role Description This full-time remote Midway Real Estate Company role at Oliver Electric Construction, Inc. is focused on supporting and expanding the company’s real estate-related activities. The individual in this role will help identify, evaluate, and manage real property opportunities that align with Oliver Electric’s commercial and development objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating real estate transactions, assisting with property research and due diligence, maintaining accurate records of properties and contracts, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves providing responsive customer service to clients and partners, supporting sales efforts related to real estate projects, and contributing to strategic planning for real estate development across the Midwest. Collaboration, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of this remote position.

Qualifications

Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with the ability to understand commercial properties and development opportunities. Experience or familiarity with Real Estate Development, including site evaluation, project coordination, and basic due diligence. Sales skills related to real estate or commercial services, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and contract support. Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on professional communication and client satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment, managing time and tasks independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and reporting. Basic understanding of commercial construction or electrical contracting is beneficial. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools); experience with real estate or property management systems is a plus. Relevant education or training in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
